IT Project Manager

A. Tasks

1. Manage and execute the assigned IT Projects are completed successfully:

• Provide project management planning and supports during different phases of development.
• Communicate both internal and external effectively and able to understand and debriefing business transactions into project process transactions.
• Act as the focal point in relation to the projects being managed, aligning with various stakeholders externally and internally to execute the project deliverables and implementation
• Coordinate and manage systems implementations according to scope schedule and budget
• Applies a standardized approach to the management of the IT projects within the organization

2. Tracking, report and provide training regard to all IT project status on-time in-full:

• Ensures effectively tracking deliverables and milestones, escalating issues when appropriate
• Provides regular status updates and information to various project stakeholders
• Providing training regarding to IT projects including the knowledges, experiences, and other information relevant to the projects.
• Maintain quality check at every milestone/gate to ensure realization of benefits
•  Strong leadership and communication 

B. Requirements

- University degree or above

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of contributing to the success of a range of small-to-midsize projects of increasing complexity and business criticality

- ERP experience is a PLUS

- PMP certification is a plus

- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal in English and Vietnamese.
