1. Tasks:
Management report
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of data and information for financial statements.
- Preparing monthly P&L forecast, analyzing variances between actual and forecast.
- Tracking the AOP, analyzing and commenting monthly variances between actual and budget.
Investment analysis
- Evaluating the feasibility and providing analysis to support the BOD to make new investment decisions.
- Analyzing stores portfolio and financial projections to advise the company on making new investment decisions.
- Providing updates on financial markets activities/ competitor analysis in order to right position the company in the industry.
Marketing analysis
- Pre & Post - Campaign analysis: Target sales, Cost of sales, budget, profit…
- Tracking, analyzing, assessing and reporting on campaign performances (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Analyzing database to provide insights into business operations, promotion campaigns and customer behavior.
Financial analysis & control
- Managing marketing budget with function wise cost analysis.
- Monitoring, verifying and highlighting the need for corrective action where necessary on all out-sourced or off-site financial transactions.
- Managing variable and semi-variable costs at stores based on the Pacesetter tool
Business Intelligence/data
- Gather and connect data from internal and external sources to help KFCV business leverage data and identify opportunities for improvement, spot trends, as well as recognize potential issues and offer solutions.

2. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year2 of experience
- Experience in business analysis and corporate planning.
- Attention to details and strong business acumen.
- High level of adaptability in working in a high-pressure working environment.
- Ability to make inferences from data and comfortable working with large data sets and numbers.
