[HCM_RSC] CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

A. Key Responsibilities: 

1. Strategic Planning & Vision:

•  Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with our business goals;
•  Innovate and drive technology solutions that give KFC Vietnam a competitive edge.

2. Technology Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the IT department, ensuring ongoing development and training;
•  Make decisions on the purchase of new IT equipment/software and liaise with vendors.

3. Digital Transformation:

•  Oversee the development and implementation of digital solutions, from online ordering platforms to customer engagement apps;
•  Ensure seamless integration of technology across in-store operations, supply chain, and back-end systems.

4. Risk Management:

• Ensure the security of all data, especially customer data, through robust cybersecurity measures;
• Monitor IT systems to ensure they meet necessary demands and remain operationally efficient and effective.

5. Budget Management:

• Oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI on technology investments;
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and service providers.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with other department heads to integrate technology solutions into their operations;
• Communicate technology strategy to partners, staff, and stakeholders.
  

B. Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Master's or MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing strategic IT plans.
• Strong knowledge of the fast-food/restaurant industry’s technological needs and challenges.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

C. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a global or regional role, understanding the nuances of operating in different markets.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in AI, IoT, and other emerging technologies.
