A. Task:
Develop and Execute HR Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding. Develop strategies to attract and retain high-performing individuals. Implement effective performance management systems, succession planning, and talent development programs.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
Foster a positive work environment and a strong organizational culture. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs are in place. Conduct market analysis to determine appropriate salary structures, benefits packages, and incentives. Regularly review and update compensation policies and practices.
Learning and Development:
Develop and oversee learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Identify training needs, design training modules, and facilitate training sessions. Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
Promote positive employee relations and handle employee grievances and conflicts. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Develop HR metrics and reporting systems to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Administration and G&A Management:
Oversee the administration function, including managing office facilities, supplies, and services. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations. Manage the general and administrative (G&A) budget effectively.
Board Meetings and Corporate Governance:
Assist in coordinating board meetings and ensure compliance with corporate governance practices. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes. Maintain corporate records and documentation as required.
Coordination for Ad Hoc Matters:
Provide coordination and support for ad hoc projects, initiatives, and events as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
Executive Assistance to GM:
Provide occasional executive assistance to the GM. Assist in managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and undertaking other administrative tasks as required.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Foster a high-performance culture and promote collaboration and teamwork across departments. Encourage professional growth and development within the HR team.
B. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in HR or a relevant field is preferred.
Proven experience as an HR leader or HR director in a multinational company or a large organization, preferably in the fast-food or hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Vietnam.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
