IT Manager (System & Security Section)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Testing database systems and upgrades, such as debugging, tracking, reproduction, logging and resolving all identified problems.
• Troubleshooting and providing service support in diagnosing, resolving and repairing server-related network, hardware, software, workstations and communication infrastructure.
• Implementing and administering database documentation, guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Performing the operational establishment and preventive maintenance of backups, recovery procedures, and enforcing security and integrity controls.
• Liaising with security vendors, suppliers, service providers and external resources; analyzing, recommending, installing and maintaining software security applications; and monitoring contractual obligations, performance delivery and service level agreements.
• Accepting responsibility for the processes, procedures and operational management associated with system security and disaster recovery planning.
• Preparing and maintaining documentation, policies and instructions, and recording and detailing operational procedures and system logs.
• Provide training to users on new technologies, features, or others knowledge related to IT systems
• Work with vendors to implement hardware / networks / systems / service projects (if any)
• Provide helpdesk to Office users regarding to using IT systems daily
• Coordinate system updates and replacement of outdated versions
• Manage the distribution and retention of data on various storage devices
• Work with Project teams to implement the IT Projects

REQUIREMENT

• University degree or above
  
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position
• Good command in English (verbal and writing);
• Good knowledge and experience in Networking and Security;
• Have knowledge about voice systems;
• Experience in Office 365
• CCNA/CCNP certificate or equivalent knowledge is a PLUS
• Strong communication skills
