Martech Manager

 Role Purpose:

Martech Manager role will oversee and strategically manage KFC's marketing technology (Martech) stack and will have an eye for driving leads through content, paid media, digital PR campaigns, and SEO programs, and will be accountable for delivering hard metrics and demonstrating the ROI of this marketing plans.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive Martech strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals; Drive the selection and implementation of Martech tools that support KFC's marketing objectives; Develop market-leading performance/ branding strategies utilizing the relevant channels within KFC remit; Understand KFC products and commercial objectives and KFC themselves; Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and post-campaign review; Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/ develop measurement methodology against all briefs.
  • Performance Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives; plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital advertising, email, social media, and SEM.
  • Technology Optimization: Conduct comprehensive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keyword research to identify high-potential keywords related to KFC products; Create, own, and deliver requirements to enhance the digital platform across websites and properties; oversee the optimization of existing Martech platforms to maximize KFC’s effectiveness. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the Martech space, evaluating KFC’s potential impact; Develop and run testing to improve onsite conversion (CRO) inc A/B testing.
  • Integration and Connectivity: Ensure seamless integration between various Martech tools and other business systems (e.g., CRM, sales, customer support); Collaborate with IT to address technical issues and improve connectivity.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance; Leverage data insights to inform marketing strategies, enhance customer segmentation, and drive data-driven decision-making; Have knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Super metrics, and CRM to ensure proper tracking of performance projects; SEO analysis and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement for technical and content/keyword/backlinks, implementing improvements to drive performance.
  • Customer Experience (Tech & Business side): Analyze and map the entire customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement; Use data-driven insights to optimize each stage of the customer journey, enhancing satisfaction and engagement.
  • Customer Growth: Establishing and optimizing an Affiliate Program, Loyalty Program, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Program...
  • PR, Social Media, Content: Develop and implement comprehensive media and social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals; Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, E-Commerce, and Operations to align Martech initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for Martech initiatives, ensuring efficient resource use and demonstrating a positive return on investment.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in the Martech stack, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance marketing effectiveness; Lead efforts to continuously improve processes and systems related to marketing technology.

Professional Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology.
  • Must have at least five years of experience as a Martech Manager of client servicing experience in a global media agency environment.
  • Must have experience in a Martech management role, demonstrating success in implementing and optimizing marketing technology solutions;
  • Have a good experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics platform
  • Have a good outstanding digital media platforms and relevant metrics
  • Good knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools; review reports and set benchmarks.
