Strategic Growth Manager

Role Purpose:

The Strategic Growth Manager role is a part of the KFC Marketing department. This role will be responsible for planning and executing the strategic growth initiatives, identifying new opportunities to expand KFC’s market share & presence, and driving the overall performance.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Growth: Develop and execute growth plans to increase KFC's market share and presence; Lead cross-functional teams to ensure everyone is aligned with the overall business goals; Identify and implement strategies to achieve growth across different customer segments (tiers).
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on the fast-food market, media trends, and competitors’ activities; Use research insights to make strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities; Analyze users’ data and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better return on investment (ROI).
  • Menu, Pricing, and Promotions: Develop and optimize KFC's menu offerings and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction; Regularly review and adjust pricing based on market conditions and competitor analysis; Design and implement trade promotions to boost sales and market share; Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies for better results.
  • Customer Experience: Improve customer experiences by developing and implementing innovative service models; Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve customers for OMNI channel.
  • Campaign Management and Organic Growth: Plan and execute large-scale campaigns like big orders, birthday parties, and delivery services ( Home Delivery – App/web/Call Center, Food app delivery,…); Coordinate with other marketing department’s teams and operation team to ensure successful campaign execution; Develop and execute strategies to increase KFC's organic visibility and conversion rates; track and optimize organic performance metrics to ensure continuous growth; Report on performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, RnD) to ensure a smooth launch.

Professional Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Must have at least three years of experience as a Strategic Growth Manager in the F&B/FMCG industry.
  • Must have experience in developing and implementing effective growth strategies.
  • Have a good understanding of the fast-food market, target customers, and competitors to formulate effective growth strategies.
  • Excellent data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI Dashboard).

    Key Experiences:

  • Proven track record of working under pressure/to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in working with relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Budget Management, P&L Management
  • Fluent in English.
